ABOUT ME
Pam is 200 HR YTT and breathwork certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others find awareness and inner strength through the power of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She has been practicing yoga for well over a decade, has years of studio teaching experience, and is a personal trainer focusing on optimal mobility and ergonomically correct movements. Finding yoga and mindfulness has completely transformed her life, and helped to decrease her own anxiety immensely. Her goal is to empower clients by giving them the tools and resources they need, so that they may continue to grow and succeed along their wellness journey.
